Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Novexis. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [e.g., 1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

novexis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: If you only ship domestically, you can replace this with: "Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable.")

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if it gets lost in transit, please contact our support team shopwithnovexis@gmail.com at  or visit our returns page. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and try to take a photo of the damage if possible so we can sort it out quickly for you.
